I let the tap water from Shiv Nadar university dry up in these plastic containers undisturbed and still. The university is infamously built on a wetland, and the studio here faced a drying up lake – seen through these objects mimicking the state outside the window.
This mark making exercise created residue records and ghost like objects became a way to confront the unseen and dissolved into something evident and tangible, thinking about our relationship with our surroundings.
